Segment and Import Your Target Contacts
Navigate to Contacts in WABlast. Filter by tags, custom fields, or upload a fresh CSV with columns for Name, Phone, and custom variables.
Launch or Schedule the Broadcast Campaign
Go to Broadcasts → New Campaign. Select your approved template, map your variable fields, attach your promotional banner, and click "Send Now" or schedule for peak engagement hours.
Monitor Live Delivery, Read Rates & Conversions
Watch real-time delivery graphs: Sent, Delivered, Read, and Replied. Responses flow directly into your Shared Inbox for your sales team to engage.
