Overview
WABlast provides two seamless integration paths to send WhatsApp messages, broadcasts, and run AI automations. You can pick whichever fits your business scale best.
Option 1: Managed Platform Gateway (Zero Setup, Pay-As-You-Go)
If you do not have a Facebook Developer account or want to start messaging instantly without waiting for Meta business verification:
- 1How It Works: Your messages are dispatched via our pre-verified Meta WhatsApp Cloud API gateway.
- 2Billing: You recharge your prepaid Conversation Wallet via UPI / Card in Settings → Billing. Each delivered conversation automatically deducts from your points balance.
- 3No Setup Required: Simply create a campaign or start messaging in your inbox. If you haven't connected a custom WhatsApp number, WABlast automatically routes via the managed gateway.
Option 2: Bring Your Own WhatsApp Number (Embedded Signup)
If you already have a verified business phone number or want your brand name directly visible on WhatsApp:
- 1Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp in your dashboard.
- 2Click the blue "Connect with Facebook (1-Click Setup)" button.
- 3Log in with your Facebook credentials.
- 4Select your WhatsApp Business Account (or create a new one) and choose your phone number.
- 5Grant the permissions: *Manage WhatsApp Account* and *Send WhatsApp Messages*.
- 6Done! Your WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and webhooks will be configured and verified automatically.
